Second Sunday Weeders

Join the Second Sunday Weeders for one of our regular weeding sessions somewhere around Pt Chev. We don’t always go to the same spot, but move around the Chev to wherever the weeds are weediest. Likely regular spots include:
- Eric Armishaw Reserve meet by the playground
- Walmer Reserve meet beside Moa Rd between #74 and #80
- Pasadena Reserve west meet at the bottom of the steps which lead down from 41 Premier Ave
- Pasadena Reserve east meet on the grass at 136 Motions Rd, by the Pasadena Reserve footbridge
Bring your favourite gardening gloves and secateurs if you have them, but we’ll also have spare gear you can borrow. And if you don’t have two hours to spare, but drop in for as long as you can manage.
Sometimes there is cake, often there is good chat, and always there are weeds to pull. In time, we hope to have some autumn/winter planting sessions.
